For gmod its a combination of stop motion and full motion physics. I've never mix SFM with Gmod.

There's nothing special about that heavy. It's the same hwm Heavy Model you can find on garrysmod.

I typed "gmod" on YouTube, I went to the 23rd page, clicked a random video and it was yours. There's no reason behind this because I tend to do random things when I'm on the internet.

Go to findsounds.com and type cartoon. Also just search around the web for cartoon sounds, they're quite hard to find. Also a lot of the little cartoon sfx I recorded from my N64 emulator game Tonic Trouble, which has a lot of that classic cartoon sfx that you might hear from Kitty.
