Ummm Tatiana in Bangsar has beautiful dresses, and BV has this little store (Cut above side) that sells beautiful dresses as well, sorry I dont remember the name :( Basically if you want to splurge, look around Bangsar. Cheaper alternatives- Telawi has loaaaads of boutiques, try Musse, Mydressroom, Sevendays, Cats whiskers. Sorry my answers are so biased to Bangsar I just tend to go there for everything!
