I did not answer this question for the longest time because I could not find a perfect fit. Then, in another inspiring visit to the astrology section at B/N, a Disney astrology book gave me a partially true answer--the little green aliens from Toy Story. I am wise, mystical, enamored by shiny things, and when I get excited I tend to squeak.
I also have little bits of Lucifer from Cinderella, and Meg from Hercules.

    2. Emilie Esther-Ann Schnabel

I guess that depends--are you related to me?
I don't know if I have a favorite living relative--they all have their own unique attributes and quirks. I am really intrigued by my Chickasaw ancestor, and the ancestor who came over on the Mayflower. I want to learn more about my past.

If one of the shows I have been in previously ran for years and I had to perform it over and over again, I think I would choose to do Once Upon A Mattress. Aggravain was a great role for me, and it would be great to get all of the kinks worked out, allowing me to experiment even more. I loved the cast, and I had a great time with the spectacle that was Mattress. It was a confusing hot mess, filled with drama, but was so much fun in the actual production that I could do it for years.
I think that my second choice would be a short play I did in high school which a friend directed, The Role of Della. I would like to explore more ways to twist the knife...

    4. Emilie Esther-Ann Schnabel

I don't know that I have a favorite straight play--it is so much harder to become informed not living in a vibrant theatrical community. Yes, I go to the library, look at play producers websites, and read whatever I can, but so much of what I know is only due to chance handing it to me. That being said, and I know this sounds trite but it is actually true, I really love The Glass Menagerie.

If my life was made into a movie, I think I would like multiple actors/actresses to play me (like that Bob Dylan movie). I haven't given it much thought, but a few names that come to mind are Drew Barrymore, Emma Thompson, Evanna Lynch (although I haven't seen her do anything non-HP, but she captures a really cooky edge which I think would play well for some aspects of me) and that girl from Winter's Bone. Whatever her name is.

I feel like I am on a reality show and the rounds of cheese comparisons keep getting harder and harder. Really tough choice, but I think I'm going to have to go with Gouda.

Whether it's really necessary to do as many daytime talk shows as he does. Aren't there other things he could be doing with his time?

    9. Emilie Esther-Ann Schnabel

"Whipped Into Shape" from Legally Blonde. I'm taking this healthy me campaign very seriously.

    10. Emilie Esther-Ann Schnabel

      .....you and everybody else.
I think I've been asked this every day this semester.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to answer, but I'm warning that a lot of people don't seem to like my response. It's, apparently, "not a plan" according to many. Well, that's kind of the point.

I'm going to find some sort of grown-up job doing something and I'm going to work for a while. I'm going to save up money, so that as soon as feasible, I can move to the East Coast.
I want a year to learn all those things I've never had time to pursue before.
I'm going to learn how to decorate cakes.
I'm going to take dance. I'm going to take some sewing classes, start designing my own clothing, and sell a line of embroidered yoga gear on Etsy.
I'm going to breathe, read, and write.
I'm going to continue singing and playing my flute.
I'm going to do absolutely nothing.
I'm going to be guided by life, and not make my choices because someone somewhere said that there are certain things that everyone has to do, or certain ways everyone has to live.
Oh yeah, and I'm going to pay my bills.

About a month ago I would have said Swiss, hands down. Recently however I have developed an affinity for Pepperjack cheese which I never imagined would come to exist. It may be due to me packing lunch and dinner this year, having just a tad more excitement on my thinsandwiches to keep me from being bored? They're both cheese, I love them both, but I am going to have to go with Pepperjack.

    12. Emilie Esther-Ann Schnabel

Hmm.... This is a particularly difficult question for me to answer. I absolutely LOVE cheese, but these are probably my two least favorite types. If forced to choose between the two in some sort of diabolical situation (as in a masked villain holds each over a garbage can one hundred feet below and I can only rescue one) it would have to be the Romano. I like the taste a bit more, it is more attractive to look at (looks less like a crumbly, flaky, dried out bit of cheese), and the flakes seem to be less brittle when they come in jars.

This semester, this year, life in general? Your question is quite vague, so I guess I will answer all of the above. This semester I am most looking forward to my costume as Prince Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus (abridged)...I am planning on decking it out with as much embroidery as possible. Oh, yeah, and graduation. This year I am looking forward to continuing my journey towards becoming as healthy as I can by continuing to improve and monitor my diet, increasing exercise, and doing more yoga and frequent self-searching and reflection. As to life in general...I am looking forward to being able to pursue whatever I want. I am looking forward to decorating my own place, continuing to expand my vocal range, perhaps finding some romance, working on a clothing line, writing more plays and a book, directing again, acting, having a well-stocked bar, making mistakes.... I am looking forward to everything--the ups and the downs.

I am aware that I have perfectionist tendencies in many areas of my life, and that at times this can be debilitating. I have been trying to work on this for the past several months (doing yoga, accepting my mistakes, accepting less-than-perfect outcomes, and trying not to fix every little thing. I even have a sand garden now!)
I do think that perfectionism is needed at times (especially in the performing arts) but it must be tempered with self-respect and a devotion to good mental and physical health.

    15. Emilie Esther-Ann Schnabel

Truthfully, it's taken me a long time not to want what I'll never be (the ingenue). I realize my roles usually get to have more fun anyway, but for a while it sucked that I would probably never be the romantic lead.
That being said, these are my top _dream_ roles (the chances of some are slimmer than others, but I'd rock them all):
      1--Lucille Frank in Parade
      2--Witch in Into The Woods
      3--Dr. Jekyll/Mr Hyde in Jekyll & Hyde
      4--Blanche DuBois in Streetcar
      5--Cathy in Last Five Years
6--Mimi OR Gordon Schwinn in A New Brain
7--Jo or Amy or Marmee in Little Women
      8--Beatrice in Much Ado

Hmm. Well. First of all, I do love Journey (so much that it makes me bend quiet hours), and I don't have nearly enough of it in my itunes. So I will miss that.
I will also miss walking by and seeing all of the fun things you watch on tv, and laughing at your giant chair.
However, I am sure I will still see you all the time in CM...although you tend to play weird Celtic music in there, and not Journey. Not sure how I feel about that.
So will I miss having you down the hall? Sure.
But will I enjoy having my own room at home where I can listen to whatever I want whenever I want and walking out in the hallway and not seeing random men running all over, quite often half naked? Ohhh yeah.

I suppose that would depend on how much martial arts the Pirates have learned over the years. They cannot shoot their muskets or their cannons at the almost-invisible ninjas, but I'm not sure what their hand-to-hand combat is like.
I think they probably don't even fight.
It's probably all a conspiracy, to keep us betting on them, while they go off and drink tea and putt-putt golf with each other.

I don't know that I could pick a favorite musician, I love so many. I actually really think that Pink does some amazing things.

My first paying job was probably watering Kel's plants and feeding their animals while on vacation. Then watering the Schwarz plants. My first over-the-counter paid job...Not sure if Kmart or Program Board came first, they were around the same time.
