This is something that is again totally up to you. I know lots of people think it's smart to just put everything out there so that people know what to expect and no one wastes anyone's time - but I also know other people who think it's a better marketing move to have people contact you for prices so that you can get your foot in the door and hopefully make a lasting and personal impression so that they end up making a connection with you and choose you. Figure out which works best for you and your business and maybe even do an experiment to see which suits you best!

My mom also means a lot to me and her opinion matters strongly, so I understand where you are coming from. However, no one's opinion matters more or holds more strength than your own - remember that. If you want to be a full time professional photographer AND have your mom's full support my advice would be to start reading some business books and applying the lessons to your business. Work really hard at turning your photography business into a full fledged success story. If you're making enough money to support yourself doing something that you LOVE I'm sure you'll win her support! And if you don't, I hope you have the courage to choose your own happiness above hers.
