Just got home off holiday :-)

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME.
I bought brown hair dye, and bleach today
Do I keep my roots up to my first layers (like the length of my fringe) purple, then the middle section brown, and dip dye the long bits blonde?

OR

Do I dye it all brown then dip dye it blonde?

Or do I do the 2nd one, and keep purple in the middle section?

Also, does anyone know how long you have to leave it until you can dip dye it?
