Nella and Todd had been trying to get me into the show for a while, so when I decided to do the list, I looked it up for research (Todd told me which episodes I should watch), but after that I became a regular viewer. I am now hooked!

Well firstly, I don't respond to those kinds of questions. I just delete them. And secondly, not that many! There will be phases where I get a few in a row, but then months will go by without any at all. Right now, I can't even remember the last time I got one.

No... because I'll be directing the same amount of people to my Tumblr page as I currently am, which is ALL the people.

I was just enraptured with the idea of being a star. And I love performing. Creating and playing around in alternate realities is my best idea of a good time.

Well, I don't know you or your issues... but generally speaking, my philosophy of late is that one just needs to get hold of some perspective and logic one's way out of it. Take a breath and be rational. Unless you're actively making the world worse (aka you're evil) it would NOT be "better" without you. So what does that leave you with? Worst case scenario, your existence is meaningless, I guess? Well, no one can solve that problem FOR you, so you have to do it yourself, right? The power is in YOUR hands. So actively find some meaning. Start with finding something you care about. Then find ways to make that thing you care about "better." If you feel like a failure in your attempts, move on to something else. You'll get it eventually. Just don't give up, and always mean well. Hobbies definitely help. If you're enjoying yourself at something, somehow, you find you don't have time for selfpity or selfloathing as much. But you have to buck up and DO things. Complacency/laziness is the mind killer. If you're lonely, the best way to attract people to you is by being a person who has joy. So find a way to something that gives you happiness first, and the positivity in your attitude will bring others to you (or at least, it will stop them from being repelled as negativity might have before). Everyone needs a good pity party once in a while, it's fine to indulge and get it out of your system. But then you have to pull out of it and move on. Life's too short to wallow.

Nope, none at all. I'm the first person in all of my family's history to pursue showbusiness as far as I know... (and I mean in that I went to college for theatre, not the internet shows....though they count too.)

I like them all right, but I wouldn't call myself a fan. No characters I really can connect to.

Maybe! Though I feel like it wouldn't hold any surprises after how much I've gushed about everything...

He was WAY TOO OLD for the part and it wouldn't have worked at ALL. He was already TOO OLD when the 94 film was made (12 years older than Lestat was supposed to be), but he pulled off the character just fine through his mad acting skillz. But by 2002? No way.
But you want to see him play a rock star and see how he does? Go watch Rock of Ages, and then tell me how well you think he would have done in the part. ;)

Considering Todd is one of our closest friends, it makes sense that we use him often :P I'm curious why you seem to think that your opinion of liking Cruise's Lestat better differs from my own. Did you not see all the clips and examples I used of Cruise as a representation of the GOOD aspects of Lestat? Did you not notice how I showed Cruise being awesome only to compare it to Townsend being silly?
I didn't mind Townsend's look. The costume/makeup/hair department didn't do a great job, but as a person I thought he looked fine for the character. They just needed to dress him up more accurately.

Thanks! but I can't talk about EVERYTHING in every video, you know. I have to pick and choose only a few points for each. This review was already my longest video yet! Cutting it down was hard enough as it was. Perhaps I'll talk about Marius in the future in some other video. Armand, too.

I waited to respond to this question until after I finished my Queen of the Damned review ;) Hopefully that video will fill you in on many of my feelings regarding the VC. Check it out if you haven't already!

One day in the future, my name will be heard, and the response will be, "Who? Oh, yeah, that lady who wrote that book about Death."
