Hey champ, i guess it all comes from within. I find the gym helps me escape from the day-to-day materialistic bullshit of society. It's the only place where i feel like nobody can lie to me. Nobody can tell me 'i cant'.

thanks for the kind words man :)
unfortunately, the key to getting shredded is determining your body's distinct caloric intake.
once you pinpoint the amount of calories your body can consume without gaining/losing weight, then you simply apply a caloric deficit through dieting or cardio.
as an example i took my weight in kilograms multiplied it by 2.2 (to convert it to pounds) and then mulitplied that figure by 16. this gave me a rough guestimate as to my maintenance calories. i then ate 400-500 calories below the maintenance calories and slowly introduced cardio into my routine. i also implemented a refeed day/cheat day once a week :) -
wow thanks man!
i know you're reading plain text on your screen, but just know that when im typing this im full of gratitude. your weight loss is exceptional, and i wish you all the best with your shred!
keep on going man because you're doing a great fucking job
