Finally got back to writing music. It's pretty bittersweet though since my guitarist and I are struggling to find a drummer that doesn't want to play genericore or gutter punk.

Tough question.. In a way, it was my grandmother, easily the most respectable and sweetest person in the world. But in a different sense, it's everyone involved in the local music scene. They've inspired me in so many ways, and I hope to inspire others soon in the ways that I have been inspired. Whether it be picking up and learning an instrument, supporting local artists, going out to shows and singing your lungs out, or whatever shows a band/artist that what they do is truly important to you and has in some way shaped who you are and who you're becoming.
