For centuries the common-law doctrine was, Cujus est solum, ejus est usque ad coelum et ad inferos — literally, "To whomsoever the soil belongs, he owns also to the sky and to the depths." In other words, you had complete control over everything above and below your property.
Technically as I quote "Under the federal constitution of the India, Mineral Rights are being vested with the state and state is wholly responsible for judicial exploration, exploitation, development, conservation, environment, safety and promotion of Mineral based Industries."
So this must not be confused with subsurface rights.
The airspace is as according to the 1944 Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation it was declared declared that each country had sovereignty over the airspace above its territory, so basically Indian Government holds the rights and me or you can't declare a no flight zone over the small chunk of land we may own.
For space A 1967 treaty declared that the "exploration and use of outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies … shall be the province of all mankind."
Though the frontier of outer space was not defined, some experts argue that it begins about 90 kilometers above the earth's surface. That's is the lowest level at which orbital flight is practical, and it's also out of range of most nations' guns.
Moreover, The Declaration of Legal Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Uses of Outer Space (1963)
"All space exploration will be done with good intentions and is equally open to all States that comply with international law. No one nation may claim ownership of outer space or any celestial body. Activities carried out in space must abide by the international law and the nations undergoing these said activities must accept responsibility for the governmental or non-governmental agency involved. Objects launched into space are subject to their nation of belonging, including people. Objects, parts, and components discovered outside the jurisdiction of a nation will be returned upon identification. If a nation launches an object into space, they are responsible for any damages that occur internationally." So you dont own anything because we all own everything.
Hope this satisfies your quest for knowledge. -
Sorry for a late reply.
For proxy configuration, you will need to edit the config2.xml file found inside
C:/Documents and Settings/<computer user>/.microemulator/config2.xml
<config>
...
<system-properties>
<system-property name="http.proxyHost" value="webcache.mydomain.com"></system-property>
<system-property name="http.proxyPort" value="8080"></system-property>
<system-property name="http.nonProxyHosts" value="localhost"></system-property>
</system-properties>
...

Temme if you still find any problems. Just checked the number of downloads, was impressed by the enthusiasm.

You many use ZoneAlarm (the free version would do your work), this will give you pop up for every program that is trying to connect to internet and you can choose- always allow, block, allow once etc.
Note: After this when OperAnk will try to connect, it wil give a pop up saying "java. . . ." is trying to connect. Click allow to start working.
Also go to ur Control Panel and under windows update and choose off, this might though give you an annoying pop up, so you may set it for a time when you wont use ur internet.
Now check for settings of Installshield Software Updater(if present) and turn off automatic updates in the settings buttons. You may find this after clicking Programs in a list above Accessories.
Im not answering most of the questions bcoz im really busy with my work, and so its very unlikely that there will be any update of OperAnk this year.
Thanks for your appreciation and to all those hundreds of OperAnk lovers who took the pain to write me mails. Have a nice day and keep browsing:) -
First of all you know how to get your answers, I thought you will drop by your question and forget, like Im facing some hundreds of unanswered questions on OperAnk.
But as this is one similiar question asked by so many people repeatedly (and esp you again and again:), I will offer some plausible solution.
PROBLEM: I have already explained in the OperAnk help file, its not possible to watch videos. The response on clicking on videos isnt like that on mobile, i.e., exiting opera and it starting real player because-
Real Player is integrated to the system as default streaming programme and the exiting browser directly provides the link which is then autostreamed.
But in case of OperAnk, you are emulating it and when program exits, microemulator doesnt, so the link doesnt get autofed to get streamed from your default streamer for say vlc or quicktime.
SOLUTION:
1. It might be possible for me to write an .xml file so that the link gets autofed, but its really time consuming considering I have to go back to this project all over again and Im facing my University Exams and then final year of medical school next year.
2. After all, you just wish to watch videos. And you wish to do this on OperAnk ONLY BECAUSE you wish the same "awesome speed". Well we have some plausible solution.
PART I
a. Some video sites have there own mobile supported sites like m.youtube.com or more easily use m.urtube.tv or m.vuclip.com
b. Go to any of these sites WITH some usual browser like Opera or Firefox.
c. Go to the sites till the step where you have just click 'view' button where it starts streaming (i.e., where OperAnk exits)
d. Here right click and choose
Opera- Copy Link Address
Firefox- Copy Link Location
Part II
a. Go to VLC Media Player
b. Click on 'Media' ---> Choose 'Open Location from clipboard'. Now a dialog box opens click 'OK'.
Your video should start getting streamed(obv at a much better speed:)
c. If you get some problem after media choose 'Streaming' --> Choose 'Network'--> Choose Protocol--> RTSP and feed the link in 'Address' bar(Cntrl+V). Click 'Stream'. You may also Enqueue or Convert and Save the video simultaneously:) Just click the button pointing downwards, hovering ur mouse button which says- 'Select Play Mode'.
Alternative:
When I was asked to review Bolt Browser which actually has an inbuilt function to watch videos in the browser. It did work well on my Nokia 6300. But results were disappointing on MicroEmu :(
Well I hope, you might be satisfied with this answer and so do over fifty similiar questions. This is just one of the two major weakness of OperAnk- other being chat support. Answers about that later.
And yes, If you want answers urgently rather than posting questions here again n again, drop by a msg on facebook:)

I’m not in contact with most of them. But still in contact with some of them, two of them are – Rishik Ranjan and Deepshika Rodrigues

To get motivated, you have to be first goal-oriented and have a self recognition of your capacities and identity. And who said you are “supposed to be studying all the time”. Getting bored is also by itself a normal “human tendency”.
Rememeber “If necessity is the mother of invention, war is its father”. To succeed you have to have both of them as your driving force.
I have a similar question I answered sometime back, refer-

Though I’m not interested in being one, some changes I can think of are
1. more transperancy in tendering system
2. widespread use of open source and freeware
3. implementation of OLPC scheme
4. encouraging entrepreneurship and schemes for the same
5. more flexible and less loops in technology transfer
6. more proper education system, rather than job-oriented to creation-oriented
7. lowering costs for internet usage, schemes for widespread penetration and with hi-speed connections
8. come heavy on companies like blackberry and skype, to provide logs. Work as we want or see the door.
9. promotion Indian animation industry and schemes for the same
And there are many more which come and go in my head -
May be, but still I’m not going out with anyone.

Then train ur heart to accept the realities. Slow and steadily everything comes to normal. Plus introspect yourself also where you have been wrong, will help you in your future pursuits.

I dunno how exactly to do that in IE7, anyways I never used it. For Opera and Firefox, follow the following instructions
1. Download NPSWF32.dll and flashplayer.xpt. You will find them online. Note that they come usually in zip file, so make sure you have something like winzip/7zip/winrar already installed. Or use online extractor.
2. Copy and paste those files in
Opera: program/plugins
Firefox: data/plugins
3. Restart your browser.
They usually block it in college by uninstalling flash player. Don’t use it for wrong purposes. -
The one thing, you can’t trust is undoubtedly “Tomorrow”. You never know what’s gonna happen tomorrow.
