I don't even understand why there's a boat for people like us! It should be a really small boat, but it's probably a large frikkin' holocaust freight carrier! lol

I've gone out with a couple people already (some of the ones I ignored when I was still with my ex and some I've had to find on my own lol)...but dating's never really been my thing so I'm probably just going to see three more, and that's it.

If nothing happens with those ones (I'm guessing if anything does, it's going to be really slow because I've been upfront about how I'm fresh off a traumatic breakup-- one of them actually said that he's always seen me as boyfriend material, but we could and should, for both our interests, take things slow if things ever get there), I'd really rather just let fate do its thing. (Although really, WTF, fate, you're not a very good matchmaker, are you? lol)

BAAAAAH I'd really love to write about the whole thing, but it's going to sound like I'm talking shit even if I just stuck with facts! It's a shame because it's an interesting story! (One of the guys I've been seeing is a screenwriter so maybe we could make something out of it lol)

It kind of sucks that wanting to be in a relationship isn't a non-issue in my life anymore! I've always been accepting of the fact that I'll die a crazy dog person! lol

      Good job getting his card! lol People with calling cards are so fancy and professional and important lol I wish I could justify printing a couple out '~__^;

ALSO, that's my THIRD doppelganger now (http://iwillnotoverthinkthis.tumblr.com/post/4647119932). It's going to be a blood bath when we all meet. lol

I'm thinking this is from me liking Tumblr posts? I you have 12132 notifications from me liking your posts, then I very likely love you too!

I love that you mentioned boyfriend because he gets (jokingly?) jealous of internet people, and I'm like, babe, a) internet b) most likely female c) I'm taken, done deal, good job, I love you.

I don't really mind the jealousy because it's sweet (sometimes, he admits that this is the aim) and because I don't tend to make/become friends/acquaintances with non-females anyway so I don't feel restricted. I'm just like, "Yeah, so I *insert activity* with a friend *insert time period*. Yes. Friend. FEMALE."

ALSO, I told him that he must be kidding because before we became a thing, I had fully accepted my fate of dying single so he was a very nice bonus.

      "So I'm just a bonus :\"

"Yes. Like how I'd be fine with $20,000 but then I get a house and lot in the bonus round kind of mega sweet bonus."

"Are you used to doing everything by yourself?"

"Yup. I hike alone, dance alone, sing alone, watch movies alone....and thank God for cafes because I can eat out alone too. I get lost daydreaming a lot too, but you already know that I space out a lot. I'm sorry that I get so spaced out the first couple minutes we meet...I get lost in my head on the drive over, and it takes a while for me to leave. I daydream a lot."

"You probably shouldn't do that while driving."

"At least I don't put earphones on both my ears anymore! What else am I supposed to do?"

      "Concentrate on driving?"

      "Says Mr. Texting While Driving."

      "I don't do that anymore!"

      "Good."

"....You don't have to be alone anymore."

"D'awww. Well, you too, Mr. Macho too busy taking care of everyone to take care of yourself. In the words of High School Musical, 'We're all in this together,' partner in life!"

Hmn. I should append that to our theme song list. So far, we've agreed on Smile (Glee/Michael Jackson/Tony Bennet), and 2NE1's Go Away (very unthematic) and 4Minute's Mirror Mirror are there by default because it played on our first clubbing out, and we keep playing it in the car.

LOL sorry I keep hijacking responses with nuninuninu stories but two birds with one stone, amirite? LOL I need to sleep because he might ask what time I slept tonight (he told me to sleep soon when we got off the phone) and he'd be like, "internetttt"

BUT BUT BUT...I stayed up professing my love for chuuuuu. LOL

I'm not scared of death, but I have preferences. I very strongly prefer having mine and my loved ones' deaths not be the result of abject pain, terror, tragedy or inhumanity.

As well, I strongly prefer having my loved ones' deaths not come as a complete surprise, and I prefer having my death come before I lose a significant amount of my faculties-- mental, physical and, possibly as a result of either, psychoemotional/"spiritual"/"philosophical".

For example, when my mom and I talked about our living wills, I told her that if she ever had to make a decision on my behalf, then she should choose my death over quadriplegia-- or anything equally or more debilitating-- and that generally, I would rather not be resuscitated or subjected to prolonged advanced life support when chances of recovering to near my usual functioning are little.

I don't see death as a bad thing so I don't see any reason to revolt against it too hard-- especially at the cost of surviving death and living a severely compromised life.

      Sometimes, I worry that Catholic/Christian hell is real because I might end up there if it were. I mean, y'know, if some people are to be believed, my being gay would definitely send me to hell, but it doesn't bother me significantly and frequently enough to do anything about it. '~_^;

I'm neither Chinese nor East Asian. I'm Filipino. I'm not sure if you're a troll, but if you aren't, you probably shouldn't use the word chink. A lot of people get really offended by that word.

I can believe in everyone having multiple soulmates, but I'd rather not believe that each of us has just one.

The latter is a very romantic concept until one remembers that there are almost 7 billion people in the planet, which, AT BEST, gives any person a ~99.99999999857142857% chance of not finding their "true love"-- then it just becomes depressing. LOL I'd rather my odds be much, much better.

I don't eat marshmallows very often, and when I do it's likely because there's nothing left to eat and/or I have nothing else to do (WHUT) so I like to keep marshmallows inside my mouth until they get all gooey and of swirl it around. (I do that to crackers sometimes, too) Chocolate-coated marshmallows are especially fun and yummy.

Kanjirou 侃二郎(かんじろう) "Jirou" 二郎 (じろう) means second son and Kan 侃 (かん) implies someone who will argue, insist and persist on what he believes is right. My emblem will be the kanjiro camellia: http://www.camellias-acs.com/assets/Kanjiro.JPG

DUDE, you have no idea how long I researched for this, and I'm still not completely satisfied because if I'm going to change my name, then it's going to have to mean something as well as sound nice and fitting. That is to say that I don't feel weird when I look at myself and say, "Hi, I'm Kanjirou" and that I'll probably keep researching names despite it having, in all likelihood, zero applications. The flower was a touch of happenstance. lol

If, for any reason, anyone's interested in making their own Japanese name up, here's a couple online resources I used:

Japanese Name Lookup (so you know you're making a legit name, the site categorizes female names, male names and surnames...and I just found out that Ichigo Kurosaki, Tamaki Suoh and Kyouya Ootori all have female names.)
      http://dictionaries.nihongoresources.com/names/

Japanese Dictionaries (to look for Kanji characters and their corresponding Kana characters [Kanji characters tend to have several Kana equivalents, changing their meanings] for your name)
      http://jisho.org/

Usually 15-30 minutes. I always remind myself that I'm wasting a lot of water and energy just by showering for more than 5 minutes. Really long baths can be comparatively water and energy efficient, but I save baths for special occasions...like when I need the extra dramatic effect. lol Or when I'm staying in a hotel.

Batman has become a more fully-characterized and thereby interesting character because writers seem to feel more freedom when writing Batman stories.

It's a shame that writers-- and by writers, I mean writers for Superman's more...mainstream appearances-- rarely tap into Superman's complexity-- and by complexity, I don't mean his poor little orphan alien all alone in this world shtick or what ever the hell he's got going on at Smallville (I'm thinking mostly hormones)-- like the JLU writers did for their series finale. The first time I cared for Superman wasn't after he "died" a couple years ago-- it was after hearing this speech, beginning at 0:33, from the JLU series finale http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoJ2Bd41zsw

I'm guessing Superman writers are limited- by themselves or their employers-- because Superman is supposed to be the bastion of all that is good and proper while Batman has more leeway to delve into grayer areas-- just look at how bright and vanilla the art style for Superman: The Animated Series was and compare it to Batman: The Animated Series' more film noir style) and this leeway lends to Batman's edgier and more complex stories, characters and villains. Even Batman's villains are relatable and thereby lovable.

Another thing that hurts Superman as a character is, quite ironically, his near-omnipotence. Even though most fictional heroes inevitably win in the end, Superman's powers make it that much harder to believe that he just might not win. Rooting for Superman to win a battle is almost like rooting for the sun to rise every morning-- it's almost pointless despite knowing that in the off chance that Superman doesn't win or that the sun doesn't rise, then we're all screwed big time and there's pretty much nothing anyone can do about it. In comparison, Batman's victories are more riveting and his losses are less fatalistically depressing.

In the end, I choose the entire Justice League as seen on Justice League Unlimited. lol

Clever, but "riverfood" would be better categorized as "fresh water produce" to include food harvested from other bodies of fresh water like lakes, creeks and streams.

Things can get even more complicated when dealing with diadromous fish which can live in both salt and fresh water like most salmon species (anadromous variety), American eels (catadromous variety) and some shrimps (amphidromous variety).

I guess "aquatic food" would be the best blanket term. lol

FEMALE: Wonder Woman. She is my female ideal. Refined, intelligent and strong with manageable issues.

Alternates: Samantha Carter (Stargate: SG-1) and Elizabeth Weir (Stargate: Atlantis). ALSO, I could watch Amy Adams talk all day.

MALE: Kato-- off of the 2011 Green Hornet film anyway. I feel like it's a cop out, but Kato's the best male equivalent of Wonder Woman for me.

Alternates: Jūshirō Ukitake (Bleach) [I would've chosen Urahara Kisuke instead because he's my idol, but he probably won't like me lol] and DUH Onew (SHINee). ALSO, I could watch Craig Ferguson talk all day.

We're talking 1 million USD no? Because 1 million PHP isn't a whole lot.

Either way, I'll probably just invest most of the money (for me and my family) so that's the first thing I'll think of doing.

If we're talking 1 million USD, I'll buy a business-class round-the-world ticket for myself and a trip to Greece (It's my mom's current travel destination obsession) and/or Rome with my family. I'll also maybe plan a secret trip with my second eldest sister too just because she's my favorite. LOL

My partner's virginity isn't an issue as long as he doesn't treat sex casually and indiscriminately because the latter makes his fidelity, motives and health (STD? No me gusta!) questionable. That and the fact that abused goods are not hot. lol
