it depends on the role. some roles require a lot more energy then others...try to stay in the thoughts of the character/what the character would be thinking give the circumstances

Hi Eric! I knew I wanted to be an actress in High School. I always loved performing as a kid...gathering up other kids in the apartment complex usually reinacting Janet Jackson videos:) but didn't know I wanted to act until high school. As far as my time to shine? Well I didn't/don't know. I will never forget winning an Emmy Award because I didn't expect it but in this business you never know if another one of those moments big or small is going to come. I am excited about tonights premiere of Good Night Burbank on TV yet who knows when the next celebration will be. You reallly have to love the craft of acting. You have to be a good businessman/entrepenuer as an actor (that part came late for me). I would say write your own show. Write a web series and shoot it! You have a leg up because you are both a writer and actor. I teach creatives how to on the side. I have a DVD coming out soon about that. Until then start writing that dream role that you can feasibly shoot. NEVER GIVE UP!!!! Congratulations on your Spike TV episode!!!
