
I just saw your French post with the croissant, burger and fries, looks good! I'm just curious how you can eat that and remain so thin? I'm sorry if I sound offensive but I'm trying to lose weight yet I love food :( Thanks
I know it sounds unfair, but it's my genes. But I will most likely put on more weight soon, just as my mom did. She went from being a size 32 to 40-something. However, I think the trick is that you should allow yourself an indulgence every day (in moderation. I.e. don't eat a whole bag of chips or the entire cake. A slice will suffice!). That way you're always satisfied and don't crave for more sugary stuff, etc. I think certain diets fail to serve their purpose by cutting out all kinds of sugary food, because it seems like people end up bingeing sweets after weeks without any 'bad food' – which make them gain back the weight. Am I completely off base now?
