Hrmm, if the Zoo isn't an option...I would try to hold up somewhere else downtown, like the Library of Congress.

The Zoo would definitely still be my first choice though, since the DC Zoo has those elaborate Orangutan zip lines that would be an excellently safe way to travel between the heavily fortified ape shelters.
