My view of Complementarianism is that both men and women are created in GOD's image but have different roles when it comes to church or home living. In my own way of thinking the man is the meat and the woman is the vegetables. They are both needed and very much necessary and without one the meal isn't complete. :) Man is always known as the head/leader of the pack/family and that's why He was created first. Then later came the woman, which came from man, coming from his ribs. I would say she holds it together can keeps things moving smoothly. but anywho, Complementarianism in the church, the man is the primary teacher and the woman is the helper (she can do anything else in the church as she pleases except being the primary teacher/preacher). Meaning she can also teach but not in the main services. More like bible study or other groups outside the church.

Also, from my understanding egalitarianism is saying both men and women are equal which they are,but this is saying they have the same roles in the house and church. Meaning both men and women can preach in main services and pretty much do anything a man can do.

Based off biblical scripture I believe Complementarianism is the way to go.
