Thanks! If you're referring I the piano on the new JOY album, it's this awesome Yamaha upright that spends its days in my living room. I put one Mojave ma-200 about six inches away from the strings on axis pointing at the c below middle c, and then one pointing at the c above middle c. Then I put a Pearlman TM-1 just over my right shoulder pointing off axis at middle c. Then I play as few notes at possible/necessary.

Not sure. I'm not REALLY on the paleo diet, I eat a LOT of hemp, and I eat quinoa and rice sometimes. Those things weren't available 10,000 years ago. It's really pretty simple, just use your reasoning. Were the ingredients available to humans 10,000 years ago or not? No grains, no dairy, no soy, no sugar besides fruit, no coffee. I eat rice and quinoa because I can't help it sometimes. But I never eat wheat. Unless I'm drunk and say "screw it, I'm eating a slice of pizza."
