this guy asked me out and i said no a few months ago and recently i asked him out and he said no and im 99% sure hes doing it to make me feel the way he felt when i said no to him... what do i even do about this >.>
he sounds like a jerk to me! if he really had feelings for you he would care about each and every one of your feelings. simply put, hurting them is a big no no. i advise you to proceed with caution, assuming you want to continue to attempt to go out with him, because this doesnt seem like a very good first impression :\
