      Are you going to make things harder for the cast? I do appreciate the mixing around of characters but I would've liked to have seen Elliot and especially Grace have a harder time getting their jobs at least.

      How would you feel about someone trying to create a roleplaying game based on El Goonish Shive?

      I think that would be difficult to do short of designing an RPG where the spells are EXTREMELY customizable. ...Actually, I suppose that wouldn't be anywhere near impossible. Just have a points based system regarding spell effects that dictate the eventual effect and be able to defend why the spell suits the character to the GM. HMMMMM....

      So with her magic Nanase is about 25% stronger than she is normally. Would that increase be similar for everyone with magic, or is there a stronger magical being out there who gets a larger percentage increase and can throw cars or something? Thank you.

      Tedd says he thinks it's the 7th in the Apr 27, 2012 comic but what month is it? I know it's probably implied as being June but I just want to be certain when in the summer it is.

      It's June. This will be confirmed at the start of the next storyline, which shifts focus but is nonetheless on the same day.

      I THINK I meant it to be around 200 lbs? I'm not sure. Considerably more than her own body weight and above average even by adult male standards, in any case.

      Your EGS protagonists have battled lots of giant creatures. Did you have any favorite giant monster fiction when you were growing up?

      I had a mild interest in Godzilla, but he didn't exactly have competition.

      Have you seen the new 21 Jump Street? I notice all your characters are carrying their backpacks with both straps now, and that's a gag in the movie.

      I have not seen that movie and am not even clear on what it's about. I assume it's a modern remake of something nostalgic given that I've heard the name before.

      Whatever happened to Grace's telekinesis? She used it to stop a mugger, then again to fight the goo, and proceeded to never of them again after that. Why is that? Is there an in-story reason (the fainting?), or was it just too many powers for one person?

      She uses it every time she flies.

      Official source, either Agent Cranium or Mr. Verres. I think it's safe to assume Mr. Verres, however, and that she asked him about it on the basis of "holy crap, my hair is growing fast what the gingersnaps"

      When/if NP ever comes back would it be more like it was last time (continuity free one-off deals) or short little sidestory arcs focusing on either main or side characters (like the mall arc)?

      Lacking any current specific plans for bringing it back, I really don't know.

      Who's the hardest character to write?

      Arthur. His dialogue has a "no extra weight" policy, and I tend to have to edit down my dialogue for everyone anyway. In his case, it's like I have to take a finely tuned ax to whatever I write for him to get it as straight to the point as possible.
