      Sorry, I didn't know where else to comment. I saw you at the mall yesterday, and I recognized your bird cage tattoo. I just wanted to say that seeing you in person helped make you real in my mind, and to say thanks, you're helping me get through this.

      I was shopping for a wedding yesterday with my sister, and malls overwhelm me, so I might not have seemed approachable at the time, but I would have loved to meet you.
