I think that you should wear what ever you want, but if you want to look taller, wear shoes that match your skin tone, or black shoes with blank tights.

I just sort of sewed a tube of fabric....it's not the best way to do it, but it's easy and quick. Another way is to cut the straps off a cami and hem the rough edge.

The back is the same pattern and fabric as the front. I would wear a slip under it, because the chiffon is a bit see through, but it's not too bad.
