OH THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm pretty proud myself of the level I reached, even if I definitely need to improve. When I started in my current job (several years ago) I was scared answering the phone, in case was someone speaking English: I was a disaster! Then, well, I was thrown in the deep water at work, with colleagues and partners from all around the world, so I guess I had to swim! :) Special thanks to a fab American former boss of mine who spoke a very good and simple English, being used to talk to non native speakers.
