You are telling me that a group of adults cannot restrain a 6 year old without handcuffs? Then you have failed as educators. You can escort the child into a separate room. But arresting a 6 year old and charging them with assault is simply ridiculous. Im not sure a 6 year old can be considered competent under the law and I'm confused as how you charge someone who is not competent with assault. People can say what they want but its a racial element in here as well. My aunt is a first grade teacher. She has had kids kick, bite, spit, stab another child with a pencil in the arm, push, smack and not a single one was arrested. Let this go on the record... educators and parents need to do their jobs.

Go hard no matter what, when people doubt u or say u cant do it, go harder. When people use favoritism of others, use that as motivation.
