Hey Steve, how often do you workout, and what are your favourite lifts and poundages in them?
I usually workout daily and I switch it up regularly. For example, at the moment I work on my chest, back, and arms on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's, I work on my legs on Tuesday's, do cardio and run three miles on Thursday's. Throughout the weekends I rest. As for weight, I squat almost 610 pounds and can bench-press 300.
