wellll one day Nov 1st i was watching weight loss videos on youtube and i felt like crying because i wanted to lose weight bad so then i made a video on youtube saying i was going to start my diet on nov 2 i was 280s and felt horrible i didn't know where to start i just knew i had to do it.. you have to be mentally ready to give up everything thing food related and start over and ive been very successful and i hope you can do it. its hard and easy once the weight starts falling off you will be so happy all the time and people will notice and i would do it all over again its worth it i swear simple things like running up stairs dont bother me anymore but let me stop writing this is too long byyyeee :)))
