      How did you first know you loved to bake? In other words, what recipe first blew your mind?

      My passion for baking stemmed from my need to learn to cook; so I could better control my diet. As I learned to cook, I wanted baked goods, so I started learning how to bake. Then I made my first layered chocolate cake with buttercream icing, all from scratch and I was gone... now it's an obsession :D

      I'm going to be studying baking and pastry starting in April, and yet I'm beginning to think that all the treats you post will be what make me fat! Thanks for making my mouth water continuously throughout the day.
