As long as he's loyal to BLU now, she doesn't care honestly. Where you go for the war, RED and BLU, depends on who recruited you or who you signed up with. She doesn't see much of a difference really, but she knows her job is to kill the other side and doesn't want anything intimate on any level with her enemies.

She would rather not know about romantic relationships. If they're not devout to BLU, she considers them turncoats. Especially if they have endangered the chances for winning.
Like, if she ever learned about Bernard/Giorgio, she'd probably be 1) disgusted by the homo cause she's a good Christian and 2) distraught that Bernard let Giorgio steal the intel. Twice (I think.) -
