If you could read about any historical event in time, where would it be?

World War 2, relating to the holocaust or WW1.

If there were only you and a random stranger in a locked room for an indefinite period of time... would you eat them? [2]

      Only if I had ketchup

Do you think today's teen books should deal with more 'difficult' issues, like self harm and metal illnesses?

Absolutely! I've struggled with both (personally and with loved ones) and I only wish there were more books that dealt with these topics when I was a teen. Especially self harm, because there are still so many misconceptions and fears about this topic but it's so prevalent among teens AND adults.

How would you react if your closest friend tried to commit suicide? [2]

Unfortunately, I've actually experienced this and it was horrible. Fortunately, said friend didn't succeed (thank God) but I felt helpless and terrified. Afterwards I was just there for her and made sure she knew she was loved, wanted, needed and worth it. She's doing much better now :)

What would you do if you found out you were pregnant tomorrow?

Be ecstatic and overjoyed! I have a condition that makes getting pregnant super hard (maybe impossible), so it'd be a welcome event for sure

How you ever experienced self harm issues, or known someone with them?

Yes and yes. I was a self harmer (cutter) as a teen and battled with it as an adult has well (I still struggle). Someone I love dearly has been struggling with these issue as well and their self harming has taken several forms. It's so hard to watch them go through what I went through, but they're getting help. Self harming is such a misunderstood issue unfortunately :(

What does your blog mean to you? [3]

My blog is pretty much my sanity - although part of that lies in reading. I started blogging when I was at the lowest point of my life, and reading was the thing that pulled me out of it. I decided to start blogging, posting every once in a while, and somewhere along the way I became the blogger I am now. It's my way of escape, but also my way of connecting to other readers, to authors and just to spread my love for reading. So yeah, a lot.

First thing you see on your left? [2]

      HP Photosmart 8450 printer :)

Is this that thing where the thing on your left is your only weapon in a zombie attack or whatever? Because if it is I'm doomed. I should start keeping knives and shotguns all around me when surfing the internet for this purpose.

What is your favourite John Green novel? If you haven't yet read anything by John Green, is there any of his books on your 'to read' list?

I've only read Looking for Alaska and I wasn't that keen on it.

I've been contemplating getting a smart phone. Aside from the $$, the size is holding me back. I like that my phone fits in my pocket. Lately everyone is carrying their phones in their hands everywhere and then just keeping them on table tops. Thoughts? [10]

I couldn't be without my a smartphone! Definitely worth the investment. I have an iPhone and it fits fine into my pockets.

If you agreed to do a review and once done, the author became mad at you for your honestly (in this case 3 stars) would you keep the review on your blog or delete it? [14]

I'd keep it posted. Just because the author got mad at me, it wouldn't necessarily change my opinion of the book. As for the author, I wouldn't deal with them or support them again. No need for rudeness.

If you had to choose to live in a world without coffee or a world without chocolate which would you choose? [9]

THIS, is blasphemous. I would choose death. LOL

Do you make your blog design yourself, just tweaked Blogger a bit or did you pay for a design? [8]

Katie from KD Designs (http://www.kdcreats.com) did my design :)

I used a blogger template, but I made my own header and changed all the colours of backgrounds and links and sidebar titles, etc :) I payed for the graphics I used in my header and button though - but only because they were super cheap :)

      Biggest blogging pet peeve? [29]

For other people's blogs? I really dislike when the formatting is screwy so you have to scroll from side to side to see the whole thing. My blog doesn't do that, does it? I tried to make sure it didn't. (Seriously, if it does that, somebody tell me so I can fix it!!)
