Yes. This happens. I think for two reasons. If you have watched someone via video, you know facets of their personality and not them and there will always be discrepancies when meeting that person. That knowing/not knowing the person can lead either to a comforting familiarity or a re-evaluation of them. Secondly, if they wish to submit to my Domination, then they are invariably intimidated ;)
