(Ps. i know this from my own personal experience)

Put the blade down, do something that calms you. Draw, read a book, watch some Cimorelli videos! Just don't cut. I know it may seem hard and that its the only thing you can do that calms you down but trust me, its not worth it. Just get away from whatever is making you feel like you do. Go in your room and just talk about how you feel. Weather it to a pet or a stuffed animal (thats what I do). Or write in a diary or journal. OR you could write out everything thats making you feel this way on a sheet of paper and then tear it up and throw it in the trash as a symbolic way of getting rid of all your problems! There are so many other alternatives to cutting! Is the reason you cut is because you like the pain? Try taking a hair elastic and snapping it on your wrist whenever you get the urge to cut (make sure it isn't an elastic that will leave scars, something softer), and use that! JUST PLEASE DON'T CUT.
