Yup, this is entirely up to them. Some stores put them up/out as soon as possible, where as some retailers choose to wait.

When I want to thin out my nail polish, I just a couple drops of polish remover...works like a charm!

The Dark Secrets will no longer be released. It was supposed to be released around the time of the Khrome 6 piece and the re-release of The Wizard of Ohh Ahz, but was scrapped completely.

Each Ulta picks and chooses what they want and do not want to carry. Those particular Ulta's probably decided not to carry much China Glaze polish. It really varies store to store.

Yup! Ulta will be carrying "Up and Away". Starts shipping next week, so you might want to start checking the stores the week after that!

Many people have suggested using felt rather than a regular cotton ball or make up remover pad. It's much sturdier and can put up with the constant rubbing that it takes to remove glitter. Also, I suggest using pure acetone remover rather than one without...it's a little stronger, which is also something you'll need when remover glitter. Hope that helps!

Ruby Pumps is a must have...it's gorgeous and a classic. I would also have to say For Audrey...ever since it was released, people haven't been able to get enough of it! Lastly, I'll switch it up and say Evening Seduction...it's dark and mysterious, absolutely gorgeous!

Oh, you gotta try "Peachy Keen" from the Up and Away collection. It's marvelous!

My favorite is actually "OMG" from the OMG Collection. Call me crazy, but it seems EXTRA holographic to me!
