Beyond a few things such as protecting the environment I am unfortunately rather apathetic.

I have no idea which Son Gohan you're talking about, so:

The grandfather - I think Roshi would win. Son Gohan was already struggling with Son Goku in the Uranai Baba arc, yet it was stated that Son Goku only surpassed Roshi in terms of skill at the 22nd TB.

Could go either way though depending on how much faith you place in Yamucha's statement of Son Gohan being unrivaled in all martial arts, and on the fact that Roshi was struggling with Son at the 21st.

The first child of Son Goku - I think he would win easily. He's not the best fighter in the series, but to me the fact that he was trained by Son Goku and Piccolo and has mastery of concepts such as Ki sensing, Bukujutsu, not making unnecessary movements, etc should put him above guys like Roshi IMO.

I strongly doubt that any of the Base Saiya-jins surpassed Piccolo until the End of Z so I would say that Piccolo stomps here.

Going by the Base Saiya-jins > Piccolo theory though I'd say they would stomp. They're both implied to be close enough to Gohan to rival him at the very least, so Post-RoSaT could easily be closing in on their fathers IMO.

I love GT. I'll admit it's not the best series in the world (not that DB or Z are) but I personally do not consider it to be bad at all.

It depends on how you interpret their performances against Vegeta and Son Gohan. I personally feel they should both be ~ Teen Gohan based on that. but if you think Vegeta and Gohan were suppressed they could be anywhere.

    8. Senbyou

Cyborg Tao Pai Pai one-shots IMO. Yamucha and Kuririn wanted to gang up on him and were amazed by how Tenshinhan dominated and one-shotted him. Son Goku one-shotting Chapa-o seemed to not be a surprise even to Chichi.

    9. Senbyou

Could go either way. He should be above his Initial Match Level strength at least since he thought he could beat him. Considering the ridiculous gains in strength for everybody by the 23rd TB I wouldn't be surprised if he could win this.

    10. Senbyou

Chapa-o godstomps. Manwolf was just some scrub that Roshi easily dominated, while Chapa-o was somebody they expected for Son Goku (22nd) to have trouble beating.

Touching Toninjinka at all seems to turn the person into carrot (IIRC) so I don't see even the Invisible Man being able to beat him unless he knew this in advance.

    13. Senbyou

I doubt he'd somehow forget him simply because he didn't see him for 7 years. It's possible he was lying to Kuririn's daughter though.

I personally just go with Kuririn > Tenshinhan as I feel Toriyama uses his characters to narrate the story.

I'm going to go with Silver as the scene where he managed to snatch the Dragon Balls from Son Goku definitely seemed to be a superhuman feat.

General White just came off as an ordinary muscleman to me.

Going by insane(st) Boo arc Toei hax - Base Goku beats Super Vegetto down with little effort.

Going by insane Boo arc Toei hax - Son can't do much of anything in base but can still one-shot him if he goes SSjin as well.

Going by the manga (most likely scenario as Toei seems to have forgotten their own hax) - Vegetto accidentally kills Son Goku with the Ki he releases from laughing.

    17. Senbyou

Gohan-Boo would batter everybody without even trying IMO. Nobody but Gotenks and Gohan would be able to do a thing, and those two are too weak and incompetent to pull it off on their own.

The only way I can see them winning is with the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack, and I don't think he'd fall for it again. Not with Piccolo's intelligence and having witnessed it several times and even knowing it himself.

Numbers don't really mean anything in DB IMO. Ma Junior stated he'd be able to take a hundred of anybody at the 23rd TB, including God, and he was close enough to Ma Junior to jump in and block one of his punches...

    18. Senbyou

Yeah, I agree completely. Even a casual fan can tell you that Base Saiya-jins > Freeza. Anybody who believes otherwise is either extremely biased or just a silly troll.

It's true that nothing in the Boo arc even remotely suggests Piccolo > Base Saiya-jins while countless things point otherwise.

People who think Piccolo > Base Saiya-jins think Toriyama actually remembers where he placed him in the last arc. This is a guy who couldn't remember who Tao Pai Pai was, and he was an important villain in two arcs and the center of the plot in a third one lol.

    19. Senbyou

It's not a very popular opinion but I don't think he could even get past Gotenks to be honest.

I follow Base Gotenks (Post) > SSjin Gotenks (Expected) > SSjin Gotenks (Pre) > SSjin 3 Goku, which is heavily implied and unfortunately prevents him from closing the gap even with the insane apparent EoZ hax.

    20. Senbyou

God wins without any trouble whatsoever IMO. Tenshinhan's shock and disbelief that anybody as powerful as Ma Junior and him could exist implies they were above Unweighted Son Goku, who could already most likely one-shot Tenshinhan.

Tenshinhan himself was so powerful that Yamucha contemplated just giving up after seeing him fight Tao Pai Pai. So the overall gap should be utterly tremendous.
