Why do you think few people go to Reconciliation but many receive Holy Communion? It seems confusing to me.
I think it comes from a fundamental lack of understanding the importance of Reconciliation in relation to Communion. I'm sad to say it's the fault of Catholic educators who failed them while they were in Religious Education.
