Let me double-check to see whether "flaring of nostrils" means what I think it means (widening them).
It does. So: yes, I am able to flare my nostrils.

Does it have to be a current celebrity? Can the celebrity be from a work of fiction?

A performance of Alexander Scriabin's "Mysterium". Unfortunately, since he died before completing it, that won't be happening anytime soon.

In lieu, I'd want to see a performance of his "Prometheus: Poem of Fire" - but with projected lights, like a laser show. That would be mind-blowing.

My answer would have to depend on several factors.
      How long I could fly?
      Would stamina come into play?
Would it cause any change in my anatomy? If so, what?
      How fast could I move?

Of course, the weather would have to come into play - I would need to avoid thunderstorms, high winds, and extreme heat or cold.
