I'm better at baking than I am at really cooking something, and I excel at the things that are simple. So for example I've been told that I make really good fried egg sandwiches. Nothing at all special there. I'm not even sure why James raves about them all the time, but there it is! I'm also fairly ok when it comes to chili. I tired a new recipe a few weeks ago and it was a bust. So I'll have to stick to the old way from now on.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that its a good thing that James and I enjoy the simplest of simple foods. We're meat and potato kind of folk, so in the end I come off like an ok cook. haha
