Fauna is a fantastic book and Alissa York is a fabulous writer. However, it didn't receive enough nominations to qualify for the Top 40. We're confident that Fauna will find its way into more readers' hands as fans of the book will give it the word of mouth boost it so richly deserves!

Thanks for pointing this out! Reader reviews are a new feature and are now working on our internal processes to get submissions up more quickly!

-
We're currently working on plans for a possible live launch and, if all goes well, will share the details soon on the Canada Reads blog!
-
There should be an "I Agree" buttonat the bottom, after you fill out the spam blocker. When you click on that, your entry will be submitted! If it's not showing up, then it could be an issue with the browser. If the form doesn't work for you can email your pick to canadareads@cbc.ca.
