Hm...probably have a redux on my winter term and have worked harder on my classes and work. I really had disappointing performance at that time.

I definitely think it's a fun idea, it's initially what I was hoping to do- but then again from what I've heard from other students, and what my parents told me, it's VERY expensive. Especially without a car to travel places. Then you also have to think of living rates, which are higher in some places than others. And from personal experience, even living just two hours away is really hard when I start to stress out, or miss my home, friends and family. Then I realize how thankful I am for having the availability to come home (almost) as much as I want, rather than only being able to like twice a year. Then again, I'm fairly dependent--where others may do well farther away. So in my position at least, I'll say this: Going to school out of state sounds fun and has certain appeal, but one will be in for a much more difficult ride. I think my position I'm in right now is best- not to close to home and not too far.

I don't mean to be cliche and pick number one but....
A Christmas Story has so much tradition behind it- and we've always watched it at my house since I was little. They marathon it on TV each year on Christmas Eve, and it was tradition for my brothers and I to sleep in our oldest brother's room and watch A Christmas Story and talk about when Santa was coming and what tomorrow morning would be like until we'd fall asleep. I can't think about the holidays without that film in mind. x3
