There will only be a Los Angeles Premiere for Beastly. However, there will be screenings and the movie will release in NY on March 4th.

Beastly is released in Germany on April 14th (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1152398/releaseinfo). Currently there is no a premiere or promtional events scheduled in Germany.
