Harry Potter, is this even really a comparison? All of them are separate niches: Twilight is pop-lit romance, Harry Potter began as a children's series-turned-young-adult, and Hunger Games started off as gritty young adult similar to the classic short story The Lottery.

Furthermore, then you have to consider the original books versus the movies versus the franchise as whole.

And out of all of those, I still like The Golden Compass movie and the Northern Lights / His Dark Materials trilogy better.
