I just wrapped it around a 1inch curling iron with the curls doing away from my face! Then you hairspray them let em sit and then you can shake them all out! Except I let the wind loosen mine cause it was so windy!

I use maybeline eyes shadow and mad eye shadow! Basically just use a shimmer white color over the eye lid and then darker grey and brown in the crease! Then I use liquid eye liner and do a winged eyeliner!
