Yes, I do, and probably in the way that would piss any atheist off ('intuitively' which just probably means 'my upbringing made me feel this way') but, I don't know, faith is such a personal/private thing for me.

In the last year, I don't know that I've made new friends (offline). I started talking to a new colleague in my department who is REALLY sweet & leaving campus on Monday I thought about how she might be the person for whom I'd go to Los Angeles just to hang out, in spite of the drive.

It's hard to say though - I try to keep my hopes up but I can't push what isn't working with people & that's been the case a lot here since I moved. Shit, I get lonely.

My mother & my best friend, Melissa. I also happen to tell Ema/CommanderLovely & Mark(Man) anything & it feels really nice to have them in my life.

I don't know - I've seen lots of entertaining movies I loved (Avengers, Wreck-It Ralph) but I can't remember the last movie that blew me away. I guess I watched All About My Mother last night & I love that film.

My father has cancer, his (not legal) spouse of 10 years got tired of his cancer from the last few months & is kicking him out of the house, his bills have put him into debt & he stupidly didn't have his name on the title of the condo they bought together so now he is sick, depressed, & looking for a place to live & I am constantly having to cheer him up while thinking about how both the cancer & depression might kill him.

Some raging cunt stole my phone last night then argued with me about it & I don't have the sort of money that would allow me to get a new one without issue.

I'm a little behind on my time at school because of an adviser error so I spend way too much time stuck in traffic to take a course in the evening that I don't even need to take apparently but it's too late now to back out of
