I don't get the whole "wait until marriage" thing. I have seen a few people wait 20-something years to have sex for the first time only to be disappointed because it wasn't anything spectacular. I believe it should be between two people that love each other, but don't wait TOO long.

People will hate on me for this, but I think that a woman gives up her right to decide if she want's to have a baby or not when she consents to sex without taking precautions. I can't tell other people what to do with their own bodies, but abortion happens way too often and should be reserved for situations of rape, incest, or a medical condition that won't allow the woman to carry the child full term. If the child isn't wanted there is always adoption.

My mom and I have always been very open about that stuff. She never hid anything from me as a kid, if I had a questions she would answer it in an honest but age appropriate way.
