My best friend basically turned his back on me, without even an explanation, at one point and I was so angry about it I was basically was in a frothing rage for about 2 years. I wasn't able to do much about it and my anger did end up fucking up other relationships in my life. I wish I'd have been better able to cope with the hurt and the anger, because it did a lot of damage to my psyche.
