Yes, I saw the movie Mr Jones when it came out (many years ago), and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought Richard Gere acted out the mania & depression very well. But bipolar comes in many forms and manifests in many ways, so i wouldn't use Gere's behaviour as the benchmark for diagnosis.
