have you used lithium? if so, what did you think of it?
Hey Daryl, no never tried it. A friend did and he got chronic hand-tremors and also put on loads of weight. My hand-tremors are bad enough (sucks for photography) from lamictal without lithium, so don't think I'll ever go that route.
