Well, that depends on what the question means, because if it literally means "Whatever is on my mind" then yes, I usually like to talk about the things that come to mind out of nowhere. You know, like when you're just sitting there and then BAM! Something reminds you of that one chapter of "Ulysses", and it's like "Wow, does anyone else think this?" so you just have to ask. But if this just means "do you say what you really think about things and don't worry about upsetting other people then, um. No.
