Oscar's glasses never made it further than the concept art phase of the character and were dropped pretty early on since we already had one bookish character with glasses and felt we didn't really need two.

However, since the artwork was finished and colored, we decided to just use it for Oscar's entry on the cast page for the time being. And then, of course, we totally forgot about it until you just mentioned it, so we'll probably get around to updating the art on the cast page in the near future now. Thanks for the question!
