Great question! It really depends on your skin type and how much abrasion it can take. Yes, you can use both chemical and manual exfoliation it really goes back to your skin type. When I work with clients that are in the process of an overnight exfoliation they also use a manual exfoliant during the day to take of their makeup, such as clarisonic. Since you are using a chemical exfoliant, maybe over night, I would stick with that, since your skin has really improved. But if you want to take it another step, here are my suggestions. For your am routine, if you have not already, incorporate a gentle toner. Most toners act as an exfoliant, I believe they work wonders. So, maybe this is something you can introduce to your regime gradually. As far as manual exfoliation, it is really important that you work with a light hand all over your face, neck, and chest. If you use a gentle toner, I would say try it twice a week. If you use a clarisonic, use the brush for sensitive skin, do this with a gentle cleanser without any beads and almond, every other day. Hope this helps! Thanks for visiting my site and I am sorry I just got back to you now. Please let me know what your results are and congrats on having better skin! Beso, and boa sorte!

You want to start off with a light primer, then a thin layer of foundation, let that sit on your skin for a little bit, then only on the areas of your face that has acne and scarring is where you want to apply the concealer that is the same shade as the rest of your face. Set only those areas with a mineral powder. Hope that helps.Beso
