I teach Reiki from time to time but it really is a matter of timing & students. I usually get one student at a time inquiring so I have not been doing group classes since last year. I am happy to talk about my fees for private session and attunements. Also, I offer the Munay Ki Healer's rite empowerment (the first of 9 shamanic empowerments) free of charge to all of my clients. Usually the entire chakra system needs to be cleared and balanced. Usually there will be one or two chakras that may require a little more work- but I would never just tune a single chakra without balancing the whole system.

It really depends on what your definition of "successful" is....
Are you looking to make money? Master your craft? Open a school? Gain Recognition?
My answer is YES- but I really think that some thought should be put into where your true goals with this path really lie...

85 for a reiki massage (reiki energy infused swedish style massage).
65 for a reiki treatment (hands-on energy treatment) If you are not able to come to San Jose office- please inquire about long-distance reiki treatment.

Thank You for your question- when I look at this question I get a big fat YES!!!
Be careful, however not to take short cuts or to settle for less than you really want. Keep a clear picture about where you want to go and why you want to go there. As far as timeframe it may take just a smidge over 2 years, but you will know when the timing is right.

Great Question! YES!!!
Massage can help relax her and break up the tightness. Thank you very much for your question about how long distance reiki works.
In the second level of reiki training the practitioner is given a sacred symbol to use called "Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen." This symbol is the key to absentee or long distance healing. By using this symbol and concentrating on the recipient (often by writing their full name on a piece of paper and holding it between their palms) the practitioner transfers their energy channel to that person for the purpose of healing or raising their energy.

Smoky Quartz is an awesome crystal to work with in Meditation and also Healing.
According to Doreen Virtue it is associated with the Archangel Michael and it works as an anchor to the Earth while working in upper dimensions and doing consciousness expanding work.
It's properties are grounding, protective and gently cleansing: eliminating fear and negative energies.
Simply holding your smoky quartz wand during meditation/ prayer will help balance yang energy, clear your space and form a protective forcefield around you.
You may run reiki energy (or other healing energies) through your wand by directing your intentions and simply asking the stone to serve your purpose.
As a practitioner I use the wand to direct stuck energy in my client out of the auric field and to define energetic pathways.
If you are doing lots of crystal work I would recommend you pick up the book "Love is in the Earth"- a Kaleidoscope of Crystals by Melody. It is considered to be the "bible" of the Metaphysical properties of stones and crystals. I am sure you will love it and find even more creative ways to use your new "toy".

Great Question: how will we the patients afford to reimburse the providers?
Although I am unsure if you are asking as a someone running a holistic healing center, a practitioner or a patient...
The question is who is paying, right?
I think that this answer really lies in the Health Insurance.
Alternative Therapies are being slowly recognized by Western Medical Communities. More progressive use of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Myofascial Therapy & Massage are slowly being recognized for use in all types of Recovery as well Addiction.
