I watched a lot of the old episodes awhile back, and just recently started re-watching the newer episodes with my roommates. While they do rely on their bigger budget and more obscure myths nowadays, they're still pretty damn entertaining. A frivolous dosage of explosions and guns is always spectacular, and there's enough genuinely interesting myths to make it not too egregious (My favorite example is episode 173, when Adam and Jamie tested if it is impossible for a blindfolded person to walk in a straight line. Although I already knew it would be confirmed, the actual results were significantly more fascinating than I expected. Jamie's performance in the wilderness section was especially noteworthy).

Also, their corny brand of humor and dialogue makes me smile like an idiot. The main duo have such a great dynamic, and Tory's pretty funny as well. Kari gets points for being one of the most attractive females on television, and Grant gets points for fitting in.
