do you believe in the idea that if something is meant to be (i.e. a relationship, job) it will happen? that in some way our lives have been planned out for us and we can't fight fate?
i think we have free will, but i believe there are certain paths we are meant to walk on, or certain choices we are given & based on our karma, we end up making specific choices. i think as we age, we should be more intelligent about those choices & hopefully by the time we reach the end of our lives, we have achieved a sense of satisfaction with said choices. not having satisfaction, i would imagine, is just a result of creating more negative karma. this is just my loose opinion, though. it's not in any way something that i could ever prove.

could you tell me a little bit about the japanese prints hanging in your salon? i really like them. :)
they are painted on rice paper & other than that i have no idea. i got them at an antique store that i frequent & the dealer didn't have a ton of info on them. they are originals, but they weren't very expensive, actually.

As a political atheist, what do you think of anarchism? do you think we need government?
i think it's wonderful in theory, but that it could only work if humanity had either a collective constant tolerance/acceptance/patience consciousness or some kind of eugenic code. i don't think it's feasible at this point because the structure that has been created is too "advanced".

Bon courage :D. -
How would you define an ideal boyfriend?
Someone who thinks independently and views personal growth/learning/self-understanding as a top priority. Someone who posesses talents that I admire, or qualities that make me want to be a better person. Someone who is understanding, nurturing, and patient, and values the importance of being kind to both themselves and to others. Someone who will love and accept me for all the things I hate about myself, and make me feel perfect because of them. Someone who will never put me down for my thoughts or emotions, but will instead raise me up when I feel sad. Someone with whom I can share complex, meaningful conversations, yet still be "goofy" with. Someone with a good sense of humor. Someone with a deep love and appreciation for art. Someone healthy and emotionally strong. Someone who lives passionately.

do you call yourself an animal lover?
No, I don't, but I wouldn't say I love people either. An animal have to have a certain personality to keep my interest.
However, I do care for their welfare. I am not a vegetarian because I find cows cute or fun to hang out with; just like I wouldn't eat a human, I don't want a creature with emotions to get brutally killed just to end up on my plate with a selfish statement about what my taste buds need. -
votre musique du moment? Votre envie du moment?
Je suis revenue sur EXILE - We will ~ ano basho de ; mais je préfère cette version (elle est plus "émouvante" que la normale)
Et mon envie de moment: ETRE EN VACANCES !!!

How is blogging about fashion different than being a fashion blogger, exactly?
writing about fashion as in, participating in fashion events & reviewing shows/collections VS. this is my outfit today, do you like all the free shit i get sent because you keep clicking on my page? aren't i so good at pairing it with absurd neons or five million pounds of accessories?!
i don't mind lifestyle bloggers so much, though. it's kind of a blurry line regarding what i dislike. maybe everyone should just not care so much about my opinion of things. -
People love animals more than humans. I think this is wrong. Do you realise the how little the kids in china get paid to make all the cheap clothes you wear from places like romwe?
I don't think people generally love animals more than humans (unless you're a furry). However, I think animals have the same worth as humans do.
I wouldn't categorize Romwe in that kind of way. Compare it to, let's say, http://www.wholesale-dress.net/. Cheap clothes, nothing recognizable. Romwe on the other hand, have a price tag on their clothes, and the clothes come either way from second hand boutiques the owners have visited themselves, or places like Topshop and Zara. They have made prints on some clothes themselves. Big difference. -
So when are you gonna release your first "solo" single?
Perhaps sooner than you think :)
PS: For everyone going on and on about how Yu sings only a little bit in Moonflower... keep in mind that originally Yu wasn't going to sing at all but we did it anyway, and it is simply how things ended up being written out and finalized. I only did what I was told to in the song. If you want him to sing a whole song, suggest it on his page and who knows... -
Which country do you want to visit one day? And why?
I would LOOOVE to visit Ireland-- I have always thought that the landscape was absolutely remarkable, and I love Irish folklore. I also have lots of Irish ancestry, so I just think it would be a really awesome experience. I want to visit lots of places, though-- New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, Sweden, Japan... I'm just really interested in travel.
