I'm a big fan of Cruzan Rum- coconut or vanilla, preferably. It's not too pricey ($15/bottle), and it's super smooth. You barely need a chaser if you're shooting. If you're mixing, any cola works well with them.
I'm a girl, so of course I like Mike's Hard (specifically cranberry, I love cranberry) and Smirnoff flavored bottled drinks (blueberry lemonade, nomnomnom).
I've not had many beers, but I liked New Glarus Spotted Cow (if you're not in Wisconsin, be jealous).
Since I'm not yet 21, I can't go to bars and experiment with ordering mixed drinks, so my drinking experience is related to binge drinking in dorm rooms and at house parties.
I actually don't really drink much, if we're going to be honest. I've consumed alcohol four times in the past two months, and three of those times, I was nowhere near drunk- I had 1 or 2 drinks total. -
Genetics, mostly. My mom only weighs five pounds more than I do, and I look almost exactly the same as her (except I have more curves (meaning hips/breasts and a smaller waist), where is she is more athletically built).
Also, I walk EVERYWHERE. I don't have a car, and I rely on my feet/public transportation to get places. I love fruit and eat a lot of that. I rarely eat beef or pork- mostly chicken, turkey and fish.
However, I also drink a lot of soda, so I'd recommend against that particular habit of mine. -
